Where we run
One van leaves for Incheon after the morning window closes, collecting from hotels across central Seoul on the way. If your hotel is not on the list, type its name when you book — we serve the whole city centre.

Label and leave your bags
Write your booking number on a tag, attach it to every bag, and leave the bags with the hotel front desk before pickup. The driver collects them later — you do not need to wait.

Open your link any time to see where your bags are and who has them.

Collect at Incheon
Pick them up at our counter in your terminal, then walk to check-in.
What happens to your bag
One number, on every bag
Before leaving your bags at the front desk, write the booking number on each tag. It matches your tracking page and lets the driver and airport counter identify your luggage.

What if my flight changes?
Open your booking link and update the flight. We re-check that the new time still works. If it does not, cancel from the same page.
Do I have to be there at pickup?
No. Before the pickup window, attach a tag with your booking number to every bag and leave them with the hotel front desk. The driver collects them later, so you can leave the hotel.
What can't you carry?
Nothing fragile, valuable or perishable. Keep laptops, cameras, medication, passports and documents with you.
Terminal 1 or Terminal 2?
Both. Your terminal is printed on your ticket — tell us which one when you book.
How late can I book?
Slots close as they fill up. Book the day before to be certain of a place.
