GRNX LEGAL

Terms of Use

These terms explain the basic conditions for booking and using the GRNX hotel-to-airport luggage delivery service, including the separate roles of the booking channel and GRNX.

Effective · August 1, 2026

01

Purpose and scope

These Terms govern the hotel-to-Incheon Airport luggage delivery service (the “Service”) provided by GRNX, represented by Logan Park, and set out the rights and responsibilities of GRNX and its customers.

If you purchase the Service through Klook, KKday, or another booking channel, the payment, cancellation, and refund conditions shown for that order also apply. Mandatory law prevails if it conflicts with these Terms.

02

Roles of GRNX and booking channels

  • Klook or KKday manages the product listing, order intake, payment, and refund process for purchases made through its channel.
  • GRNX performs the physical collection of confirmed luggage from the hotel and its delivery to the designated handover point at Incheon Airport.
  • GRNX does not directly collect payment-card details or receive the customer's payment for channel purchases.
03

Booking and confirmation

A booking is confirmed when the booking channel or GRNX sends a booking number and confirmation details. You must check the service date, hotel name, address and room, flight and terminal, luggage quantity and size, and contact details for accuracy.

Keep the booking lookup link and booking number confidential because they may be used to verify identity or modify a booking. If incorrect information prevents performance, GRNX will contact you or the booking channel and explain any reasonably available alternative.

04

How to use the Service

  • Before the time shown in your confirmation, attach a tag bearing the booking number to every bag and leave the bags with the hotel front desk.
  • You do not need to meet the driver. After you leave, the driver checks the bags and booking number with the hotel front desk and collects them later.
  • Check the Incheon Airport handover location and availability time shown in your booking, and present the booking number or other requested verification when collecting your bags.
  • You are responsible for confirming in advance that your hotel permits third-party luggage collection and for following its front-desk storage procedure.
05

Customer duties and restricted items

Lock and pack each bag so that it can withstand ordinary handling, and ensure that its actual size and quantity match the booking.

  • Cash, securities, jewelry, passports or identification, expensive electronics, medicine, or anything requiring immediate access or special custody
  • Fragile goods, perishable food, living animals or plants, liquids that may leak, or anything likely to contaminate other luggage
  • Illegal goods, dangerous goods, flammable or explosive materials, or anything prohibited by law or airport and aviation security rules
  • Luggage that materially exceeds the declared dimensions or cannot be handled safely
06

Changes, cancellation, and refunds

Before pickup, fields that remain editable may be changed through the GRNX booking page or the booking channel. Ordinary changes and cancellation are restricted after pickup to preserve transport safety and the custody record.

Cancellation deadlines, fees, and refund amounts depend on the product conditions and order status in the channel where you purchased the Service. A cancellation request on GRNX does not by itself confirm a refund; the channel that processed payment handles any refund.

07

Refusal, changes, and events outside our control

GRNX may refuse pickup or offer an alternative before taking custody if safe performance is not possible because of a prohibited item, unsafe packaging, undeclared luggage, refusal by the hotel, or inability to verify the booking or handover.

If severe weather, traffic or airport control, war, terrorism, government action, communications failure, or another event outside reasonable control affects the Service, GRNX will notify you and the booking channel as soon as reasonably possible and explain rescheduling, return, or another reasonable measure.

08

Loss, damage, delay, and liability

If you suspect loss, damage, or a material delay, notify staff at the handover point or email hello@grnx.kr as soon as possible. Provide the booking number and available evidence such as luggage photographs, damage records, and proof of purchase. GRNX will review the pickup and delivery photographs and custody history.

Responsibility and compensation are determined by the cause, compliance with packing and disclosure duties, proven loss, and applicable law. Nothing limits liability for GRNX's wilful misconduct or gross negligence. These Terms do not promise a fixed compensation cap that has not been separately confirmed and disclosed.

09

Privacy

GRNX processes personal information only as needed to confirm bookings, collect, transport and hand over luggage, support customers, and operate the Service safely. The Privacy Policy explains the data, retention, processors, and overseas processing in more detail.

10

Changes, contact, and disputes

GRNX may update these Terms when law or the Service changes and will publish the effective date and material changes in advance. Material changes adverse to customers will be announced in the manner and for the period required by applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. You and GRNX will first try to resolve a dispute in good faith; unresolved disputes may be submitted to the court having jurisdiction under applicable law or to an available consumer dispute procedure. Translations are provided for convenience, and the Korean version controls to the extent permitted by law.
